  1. Left fold (ear and elbow), Turn left, LFF Front Stance, LH Down Block (above left knee) YELL.
  2. LH Aim, Step thru w/ RF to RFF Front Stance, RH Punch (Center of Chest)
  3. Right Fold, Turn Right, RFF Front Stance, RH down Block
  4. RH Aim, Step Thru w/ Left to LFF Front Stance, Back Punch LH.
  5. Left Fold, Turn Left, LFF Front Stance, LH Down Block.
  6. LH Aim, Step thru w/ Right to RFF Front Stance, RH Punch
  7. Right Fold, Turn Right, RFF Front Stance, RH Down Block
  8. RH Aim, Step thru w/ LF to LFF Front Stance, LH Back Punch, YELL
  9. Right FCold, Turn to Left, LFF Back Stance, LH Outer Block (Palm in)
    (Block hand travels outside of guard hand)
